NYDASA Information Technology Ltd. is an institution which is registered under Companies Act 1913 as amended Companies Act 1994 in the registrar of Join Stock Companies under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of the people's Republic of Bangladesh, situated at 20/25, North South Road, Siddique bazar , Habib Market (2nd floor), Dhaka- 1000 vide registration no.C-42321 (1680)/ 2001 dated 25/1/2001 which once upon a time it was proprietorship institution, named Links International & National youth development and self employment academy (Nydasa) which has now been taken over into the aforesaid Limited Company with its Capital & Liabilities, Assets & Properties including good will and has been well running for 25 years, a well established reputed and running organization in the field of Medical Sector, Engineering Sector, Computer Sector, Technical Sector, Hotel Management Sector, English Sector, and Business Management Sector. Noted that during the registration of the company total nos. of shareholders were 9 (nine) but now it stands only 6 (six) because 5 (five) nos. of shareholders transferred their entire share to the present 6 (six) nos. of shareholders due to non-ability for payment of outstanding share money.
