Management Aspects

This institute is a well reputed and established registered organization under the Government of the People's of Bangladesh. This institute consists of 4 nos. of board of directors including 6 nos. of shareholders. Every director is well educated and experienced and dynamic in the field of Medical and I.T. sector as well as in the field of English sector.

The overall management of the company has been vested to the board of directors of the company. Among them Sheikh Nurul Islam, chairman of the company along with Sheikh Shakila Islam, managing director of the company formulated the institutional policies, provide guideline for its day to day business operation. The chairman is the Chief Executive and Managing Director is the Deputy Chief Executive on behalf of the board of directors of organization.
